Who you are contracting with

Visa Portuguese (visaportuguese.com) is operated by Kevin Carmo, an individual seller ("we", "us"). When you use the site or buy a product, you contract with Kevin Carmo.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The service

Visa Portuguese provides planning tools, calculators, checklists, guides, an AI assistant and a paid personalised move report about moving to Portugal. All content is general information, not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying requirements with the official authorities before acting.

Your account

You must be of legal age, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfere with security, introduce malware, probe systems or scrape content at scale;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or bypass usage limits (including assistant limits).

AI assistant

Assistant answers are generated automatically from our published content and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them without checking the linked official sources. We may filter, limit or refuse requests and suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the site, software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal planning. Documents you generate for your own application are yours to use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

Service level

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and figures may change after their verification date.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including visa refusals, lost profits or data). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time; your saved data is then deleted.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes go to the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
