We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us through our contact page and we will arrange it.

What happens next

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider, usually 5–10 business days.
