What we collect

Account data. If you create an account, we store your email address and, optionally, your name and country, so we can save your results and progress.

Your saved work. Visa Finder answers, calculator results, checklist ticks and roadmap progress are stored against your account so they are there when you return.

Newsletter. If you ask for results by email or subscribe, we store your email address and the fact that you consented.

Analytics and advertising. We use measurement to understand which pages are useful. Advertising, once enabled, is subject to your consent choices — see our cookie policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not require an account to use the tools, and we do not hide basic tool results behind an email form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will act on the request.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Deleting your account deletes your saved results and progress.
