Questions people actually ask
- Do I need the Pack as well?
- They cover different moments. The Consulate Application Pack (€29 once) writes the file you hand in. The Co-Pilot watches the eighteen months around it. Many people buy only the Pack; anyone moving with a family or a long lead time takes both.
- Is the monthly plan a commitment?
- No. Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the month you paid for. The 6- and 12-month plans are paid once and simply end — they never auto-renew.
- What if I am already living in Portugal?
- Then the renewal window, absence tracking and the countdown to permanent residence and citizenship are the parts that matter. Enter your arrival date and permit expiry and it works backwards from there.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Access is immediate on payment, so the withdrawal right for digital content does not apply. Duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation, and content we fail to deliver are always corrected.
